Rental Order Notes
Rental pricing is based on a 3-year term (other length agreements available on request) invoiced annually in advance. Customers are required to complete a simple rental agreement document.
To maintain correct levels of hygiene and control of any micro-organisms the rental agreement includes Annual Sanitisation, comprising of an Internal sterilisation of the water cooler every 6 months and filter changes according to specification. (As recommended by the EDWCA Industry guidelines for mains connected water coolers). The hygiene and external cleanliness of the water cooler outer body and drip tray is the responsibility of the customer, these areas require routine cleaning to help prevent the build up of dirt and scale. A cooler care advice leaflet is available on request.
Warranty message

Service & Installation
Installation Requirements:
- Access to mains water pipe.
- 13 amp plug socket within 1.5 metres.
Simple Installation - Flexible positioning!
Installation carried out in accordance with WHA standards and guidelines by qualified Connect Coolers representatives.
Although the dispensers are linked via the mains, high-density micro bore polypropylene piping is used to connect the machine. A more versatile and cost effective solution than traditional copper piping. It can be run in places where copper piping might not be suitable.
Installation Options: (selectable during checkout)
Standard Installation - Connect Coolers will install your water cooler within 5m of an accessible mains water pipe and 1.5m of a mains 13 amp plug socket. Please call for a free site survey for longer distances.
Connect to existing water cooler pipes - Connect Coolers will disconnect your existing water cooler and install your new machine to the existing water cooler pipe work and fittings. (Cooler swap over)
Self Install - Connect Coolers will provide the recommended equipment required to attach the water cooler to the mains water supply.
No Installation - Item delivered only for customer to arrange installation
Service and Maintenance:
Connect Coolers offer an automated sanitisation service to ensure your cooler is kept in first class condition. A qualified cooler maintenance representative will visit your premises to clean, sterilise, replace the filter and test your cooler every 6 months.
