We are independent suppliers. We don’t have commission targets and aren’t tied to particular brands. We offer a personal service completely tailored to you and your company or organisation.

We never use re-conditioned units. All our filtered water machines are brand new. Items arrive by courier and are pre-packaged by the manufacturer.

We offer a free site survey before installation to confirm your plumbed water dispenser positioning. Delivery is also free.

Whatever type of installation you need, we can handle it. This could be:

• Full installation from scratch.
• Basic standard installation.
• Connection to existing water cooler pipework and fittings.
• Delivery only so you can use your on-site plumbers.

All our units are linked to your mains water supply. We use a high-density micro bore polypropylene piping which:

• is more versatile than traditional copper piping.
• is more cost effective than copper piping.
• can be run in places where copper piping would be unsuitable.

We regularly service all our rented dispensers to keep mould and harmful micro-organisms at bay. This Food Standards Agency leaflet gives more details about monitoring microbial safety.

If you rent from us, every six months we will:

• Carry out internal sterilisation.
• Change the filter in line with its specification.
• Clean the drip tray and the machine's external body and taps - not all suppliers do this.
• Test the unit.

If you Rent from us we provide full breakdown cover which includes call out repair or replacement.

Please note:
Hygiene & day-to-day cleaning of the boiler body & drip tray is the responsibility of the end user.

If you buy from us, we provide 12 months parts and labour cover (excluding de-scaling). Longer annual maintenance plans are available for an additional fee.

As an experienced factory, shop and office water cooler supplier we’ll keep disruption to a minimum. We always follow your protocols on site.

Safety and hygiene are our top priorities. Our qualified Connect Coolers representatives carry out all installations to WHA (Water Dispenser and Hydration Association) standards and guidelines.

All Connect Coolers units have a high-quality filtration system that meets NSF standards. The products we supply also approved by the WRAS (Water Regulations Advisory Scheme).
